Find the Stickler! program file in your Applications Folder:

"Get Info" for the Stickler! application file by choosing "Get Info" from the Finder's File Menu, or with the icon selected, type Command-I (cloverleaf/Apple and "i").

Find the Skin.plugin file that you want to install and use, here we're using "Snow" freely available from Metafy.

If all goes as expected, you'll see the Skin.plugin file in the list of Installed Plug-ins, you can also enable and disable them here.

Using the Context Menu (Control-Click on the Stickler! window), you should be able to select you newly installed skin from the "Skins" menu.

6.
|
Finally, you should be able to use the skin you installed, here is "Snow".
