FAQ
Important: Have you downloaded the latest version and experienced an immediate error that the trial has expired? This is caused by the two-week period having expired since your previous trial use. Please read this User Support Forum note on this issue.
If you are having any trouble Installing the Trial Version of Anthracite, please review our Installation Instructions page. We cannot and do not provide comprehensive support to users of Trial Versions of our software, but since we want you to try it, please do not hesitate to contact us if the instructions do not solve your problem and we will attempt to help on an as-available basis.
If you are having any difficulty using Anthracite, please first consult the Documentation and User Forums to see if it's a problem for which there's already a known fix. There's also the obligatory FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
If the Documentation, User Forums and FAQ do not solve the problem, PLEASE contact us and we will gladly work with you to try and resolve any issues.

Telephone Support is provided to Licensed Customers ONLY, and is free for the first 30 days after you purchase a license. After 30 days, you will need to purchase a support contract and/or our consulting services, whichever best fits your needs. Give us a call and we'll try to help solve simple problems first, and then figure out how to best proceed if more time is required than a phone call can provide.
